Thank you for taking the time to complete our Members survey. We'd love to hear from members past and present on how well the club is run and understand what you like and identify areas we can improve. This will help us to prioritise our activities over the next 12 months and beyond.
The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.
You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until the survey is closed on November 1st, 2020 at midnight. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the survey will receive a hot drink voucher to be claimed at the bar. These will be issued on the 3rd of November. In addition, we are giving away:
5 sets of £20 bar vouchers
2 sets of 2 tickets to Kingsholm (valid for 2021)
In addition, the best suggestion accepted and implemented by the club will receive a pair of tickets for an England Six Nations game at Twickenham ( ticket conditions apply).
